Are you looking to spearhead technical services and support for customers in the dairy industry? As a Field Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Upgradation Plans: Develop and implement plans to enhance the sales team's technical capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest developments in the dairy industry and leverage this knowledge to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with Marketing to support strategic initiatives and campaigns.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to procurement entities on GOI Business and other institutions.
  • Technical Services: Offer on-site and off-site technical services to customers within assigned regions.
  • Customer Relationships: Lead customer meetings to establish partnerships and foster long-term relationships.
  • Product Feedback: Handle product complaints and offer feedback to production sites.
  • Scientific Partnerships: Nurture scientific relationships with academic and research institutions.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Genus India in scientific forums and seminars.
  • Thought Leadership: Publish articles in dairy magazines and peer-reviewed journals.

You will be responsible for handling these tasks while working as part of a dynamic team that values innovation and teamwork. To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in B.V. Sc or A.H., with a preference for M.V. Sc in Animal Reproduction/Animal Genetics/A clinical subject.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of technical experience in animal health/feed additives/cattle feed.
  • Proven exposure to the dairy industry and on-site interaction with dairy farms/farmers.
  • Flexibility to relocate and travel within India.
  • Strong communication skills in native language, Hindi, and English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office tools.
