  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Upgradation: Provide training to sales teams in assigned geographies.
  • Latest Developments: Stay updated with dairy industry advancements and develop internal competencies for customer support.
  • Global Reach: Leverage global team knowledge.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with Marketing function for marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training to procuring entities and provide on-site/off-site technical services to customers.
  • Customer Meetings: Lead customer meetings on relevant topics to become a partner of choice.
  • Product Complaints: Handle product complaints and provide feedback to production sites.
  • Academic Relations: Nurture scientific relations with Academic/Research institutions.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in scientific deliberations/seminars etc.
  • Article Publishing: Publish articles in Dairy Magazines & peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Administration: Ensure required documentation and reports are completed.
  • Farm Visits: Maintain accurate records of farm visits and ensure follow-up to customer requests are completed on schedule.
  • Industry Meetings: Attend ABS and dairy Industry meetings/Seminars.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum B.V.Sc or A.H., preferably M.V.Sc (Animal Reproduction/Animal Genetics/Any clinical subject)

  • 2-5 years of Technical Experience, preferably from animal health/Feed additives/cattle feed.
  • Exposure to the Dairy Industry/on-site interaction with Dairy Farms/Farmers.
  • Flexible to relocate and travel within India.
  • Good communication skills, Native Language, as well as Hindi & English are essential.
  • Proficient in data analysis and MS Office Tools.
