As a Wholesale sales expert with experience in ERP system enhancements, you will be responsible for initiating and managing system enhancements including gathering requirements, testing and implementation of simple solutions to complex problems.

Your expertise in troubleshooting and providing end-user support to all levels of stakeholders in a business-critical environment will be highly valued.

  • Pro-actively participate in the Distribution & Wholesale product group adhering to the Agile methodology to facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Identify, analyze and document business processes and technical requirements (solution design, configuration, security, etc.).
  • Ensure that new solutions are clearly documented and that Subject Matter Experts are adequately trained.
  • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU issues.
  • Communicate regularly with business partners and team members in multiple time-zones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Experience in Distribution and Wholesale sales required.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.
  • Ability to learn and test new business application functionalities.
