Job Title: CAE Engineer

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled CAE Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for performing advanced computational simulations and analysis to support the development of our products.

  • Conduct full vehicle crash simulations and durability loadcase simulations using industry-leading software tools.
  • Develop and implement detailed simulation models, including geometric and material properties.
  • Analyze and interpret simulation results to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CAE activities into the overall product development process.
  • Communicate technical results and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of hands-on experience in meshing, module build for crash &/ durability, high-speed crash analysis &/ durability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes, including stamping, spot welding, assembly, material models, and physics of crash &/ durability.
  • Proficiency in ANSA as preprocessor, LSDyna for crash loadcase &/ Abacus for durability evaluation, Animator/Hyperworks for postprocessing.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and deliver FE model setup to load case analysis report independently or with minimal support.
