Job Opportunity: BTL Marketing Manager


 

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing detailed activation plans, including pre-launch timelines, operational requirements, and stakeholder coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify suitable locations in alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create localized campaigns to promote new products or services for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, IT, HR and compliance) to ensure readiness before the go-live date.
  • Oversee facility setup, infrastructure, event arrangements, and technology enablement to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Secure all necessary regulatory, compliance, and legal approvals for the projects.
  • Monitor early performance metrics (e.g., client acquisition, revenue generation) to assess project success and identify improvement areas.
  • Gather feedback from employees and clients to refine operations and customer experience.
  • Address bottlenecks in operational efficiency during the post-activation phase.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in activation or operations management, preferably in the financial services or retail sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage external stakeholders such as property owners and contractors.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate location performance and market potential.
  • Familiarity with financial products and advisory services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable. Relevant certifications, such as MBA or PMP, can be advantageous.
