Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

The role of an HR Operations Specialist involves handling end-to-end HR functions, encompassing recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and administrative tasks. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about HR, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process accurate and timely monthly payrolls, taking into account salary calculations, PF, ESI deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
  • Employee Relations & Administration:
    • Maintain comprehensive records of employees and HR databases.
    • Oversee attendance, leave management, and shift schedules, ensuring seamless operations.
    • Address employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance:
    • Prepare essential HR documents, appointment letters, relieving letters, and policy guidelines.
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably covering recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions.
  • Familiarity with Payroll Software applications (e.g., Tally, GreytHR) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for delivering high-quality results.
  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
