
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

At a leading real estate firm, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and expertise to our clients. As a Closing Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth completion of property sales, working closely with our sales team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from start to finish, guaranteeing seamless documentation and timely payment processing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into successful closures, driving business growth and revenue increase.
- Prepare and execute agreements, coordinate registrations, loans, and final handovers to customers, maintaining strong relationships and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor and report closing performance metrics to senior management, providing valuable insights for future business development.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales as a closer or Closing Manager.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, RERA guidelines, and bank loan processes.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly/quarterly targets, demonstrating high levels of professionalism and dedication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring efficient task management and delivery.
