Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales closing process with clients, ensuring smooth documentation and timely payments.
- Collaborate with the sales & CRM teams to convert qualified leads into successful closures.
- Handle agreement drafting, registration process, loan coordination, and final handover to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.
- Track & report closing performance metrics to management.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales as a closer/closing manager.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, RERA guidelines, and bank loan processes.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
