Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deliver and oversee the training of individuals or groups of employees, ensuring they make significant progress through effective training programs.
- Develop and evaluate comprehensive training materials, work closely with team members to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with managers and conduct interviews to assess training needs and identify potential development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to determine training requirements and develop strategic development plans.
- Interface with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc., and manage training teams to ensure training effectiveness is maximized.
- Monitor employee competence to identify any need for retraining or continuous improvement, ensuring they interpret and comply with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare educational material such as modules, e-learning content, self-learning resources, etc.
- Design and execute reviews of training received and ensure training files are complete and up-to-date.
