Chief People Officer

As a dedicated and versatile HR professional you will lead people operations and build a thriving work environment that aligns with organisational growth and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from defining job requirements to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and finalising offers.
- Develop, update, and maintain employee contracts in compliance with employment laws.
- Implement and monitor streamlined processes for timesheet submission, salary disbursal, contractor payments, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payment disbursements and reimbursements.
- Lead initiatives around employee engagement, including recognition programs, team bonding activities, and celebrations.
- Administer study leave and exam reimbursement policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a dynamic organisation.
- Sound understanding of operational processes, employment regulations, and best practices.
