Job Title

We are seeking an IT Governance Specialist to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our organization's data assets.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding Enterprise data flow and integrations, developing AI-driven strategies for data quality improvement, and supporting data governance initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enterprise Data Flow Management: Understanding and leveraging AI tools to optimize data operations, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
  • Process Documentation: Developing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation to support AI-enhanced data management activities.
  • Compliance and Audit: Building and monitoring compliance and audit reports to ensure adherence to data governance standards.
  • Data Stewardship: Collaborating with data stewards to identify, resolve, and prevent data quality issues.
  • Data Migration: Managing data migration projects for acquired organizations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Data Quality Assessments: Conducting regular data quality assessments and audits to identify anomalies and areas for improvement.
  • Metadata Management: Establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks, incorporating AI methodologies to support organizational data policies.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of functional experience in data governance, with functional knowledge of data cataloguing tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices, with an understanding of data compliance.
  • Familiarity with data quality assessment, auditing processes, and AI techniques for maintaining high data standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with AI-driven data analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management and protection.
  • Familiarity with data modelling and design concepts.
