Job Title: Senior Account Management Professional

Job Summary:

Dadu Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our accounts and managing all stakeholders associated with the account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by regularly meeting with clients and enhancing engagement.
  • Market Research: Collect intelligence on clients, their market, competitors, and industry to inform account management strategies.
  • Account Management: Deliver all requirements to clients in a smooth and timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Delivery Management: Gather requirements, summarize, clarify queries, and submit timely delivery and follow up on closure.
  • Track Contract signing, Agreement receipt, and overdue collections.
  • Submit Periodic Report: Submit weekly reports and dashboard on overdue payments and collections.
  • Work alongside business leaders to close sales by building rapport with existing accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts/leads in the prescribed account.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire account management process.
  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors in the respective account.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred).
  • MBA or other management qualification (Regular MBA preferred).

Experience Required:

  • Proven relevant work experience as an Account Manager in the International/Domestic domain of at least 2+ years.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of IT Services or SAAS Product Delivery Account Management or in Digital Marketing client management with a thorough understanding of IT services like web development, mobile application development, digital marketing, etc.
