Key Role:

The Head of DSA is responsible for leading business growth through the DSA channel.


Job Overview:

This role involves strategizing, onboarding, managing, and optimizing the DSA network to achieve business targets in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the national strategy for DSA channel development.
  • Drive growth in disbursements while maintaining portfolio quality.
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for DSA operations.

Channel Development:

The ideal candidate will identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs across regions. They will set performance benchmarks and governance models for DSAs and monitor DSA productivity, channel health, and compliance adherence.


Team Leadership:

The successful candidate will lead and manage a pan-India team of DSA managers, regional sales heads, and coordinators. They will provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews to strengthen the channel team.


Sales & Target Achievement:

The candidate will ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly business targets. They will analyze market trends and competitor strategies to fine-tune sales approach and monitor key sales metrics including lead funnel, conversion, TAT, etc.


Governance & Compliance:

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal policy guidelines across DSA channel operations. They will implement checks and balances to minimize frauds and improve compliance.


Required Skills:

The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of unsecured loan products and sales lifecycle. They should have strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate should also have data-driven approach with strong MIS and reporting skills.


Experience & Qualifications:

The candidate should have 14–15 years in retail lending with at least 10+ years in DSA channel leadership roles. A Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance would be preferred.


Industry Exposure:

The ideal candidate should have exposure to Banks, NBFCs, FinTech's (Unsecured Lending/ Personal Loans). Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), CRM, and digital onboarding tools would be an added advantage.
