Job Title: Account Executive-Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role:
The Convelox team is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive-Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales force. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers.

About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 5-8 years of sales development/lead qualification/telesales/inside sales experience in a B2B outbound environment. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of achieving measurable goals and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to qualify Convelox services through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling
- Set appointments with prospects
- Generate leads through email, cold calling, and social media
- Handle all inbound inquiries and qualify them
- Conduct pre and post-event telephone calls
- Recommend and run lead generation campaigns as necessary
- Articulate the Convelox value proposition and negotiate initial objections as a part of scheduling appointments
- Achieve quota of number of highly qualified leads per month and then conversion to an opportunity

Requirements:
- 5-8 years sales development/lead qualification/telesales/inside sales or related experience in a B2B outbound environment
- MBA in Sales and Marketing from a profound university
- Experience in US region is mandatory
- Previous experience in Oracle ERP sales or other Tier1 ERP sales in mandatory
- Proven track record at achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)
- Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
- Experience in inside sales

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
