Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget management, financial reporting, and resource coordination. Additionally, they will have demonstrated success supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in managing program scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and resources.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, providing monthly and quarterly budget reports for tracking and analysis.
  • Coordinate and prepare for cross-functional meetings, ensuring key deliverables are captured and follow-up actions communicated.
  • Capture meeting minutes, disseminate information, and track completion of action items.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting industries.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly in launch management, marketing, branding, or program management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
