Program Coordinator - Arts and Culture

We are seeking a talented Program Coordinator to support our ART & CULTURE Partners in managing their content on our platform. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Content Coordination
  1. Provide individual access to the Content Management System for each partner, ensuring their profile is correctly set up for them to manage their collection autonomously.
  2. Answer questions and guide ART & CULTURE Partners through the standard partner lifecycle: ingestion, curation, publication, and amplification.
  3. Troubleshoot errors and issues preventing partners from using the platform.
  4. Ongoing communication of progress and project status.
Partner Content Amplification
  1. Conduct content audits and write content overviews for editorial, marketing, or other purposes.
  2. Support the organization and logistics of physical events promoting ART & CULTURE Partners Content.
  3. Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution.
Prospects Coordination
  1. Presentation of our offer to interested prospects, outlining terms and conditions to join.
  2. Execution of tasks related to Prospect Management service, including processing requests to join the platform, conducting outreach, and tracking tasks.
Requirements:
  • Strong partner and project management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
