Main Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end program delivery, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to meet program deadlines.
  • Leverage data analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-1 year of experience in program coordination, operations, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and basic data handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
