Job Description

As a MSP Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing tasks within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of the program, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to client requirements and internal standards.
  • Requirement Management: Oversee the documentation and validation of client requirements, supporting streamlined staffing processes and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Implement QA procedures and conduct audits to identify and rectify discrepancies in staffing processes.
  • Staff Augmentation: Coordinate worker profile management, including assignments, extensions, and terminations, in line with client demands.
  • Handling Workload Spikes: Serve as a support resource for junior specialists during periods of high-volume activity.
  • Work Order Management: Manage updates to work orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the VMS system.
  • Program Oversight: Monitor the progress and performance of the MSP program, tracking key metrics such as resource utilization and task completion.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • SOW Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to transition staffing assignments into Statement of Work agreements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in MSP coordination within the staffing or workforce solutions industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with VMS platforms such as VNDLY is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
