Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Online Marketplace Manager to oversee the strategic management of our online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage sponsored ad, display ad, brand ad campaigns across various online platforms.
  • Manage listings and catalog on marketplaces, with a focus on product page optimization for improved visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze and identify ageing stock and liquidation opportunities on online platforms, ensuring timely action is taken to minimize losses.
  • Monitor and address customer reviews and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve positive feedback and ratings for product listings, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and return on ad spend (ROAS) goals, contributing to the overall success of the business.
