Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to negotiate and close sales with key clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and link them to our product and service strategies.
  • Develop detailed account plans for each key account, outlining strategies for growth and retention.
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing purchases per account.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to ensure alignment with our organization's goals.
  • Independently solve complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience preferably from B2B background.
