Job Title: We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to bridge our company vision with our people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Governance: Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of belonging.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, build a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, and create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Performance & Development: Implement and manage performance management systems, work with department heads to identify skill gaps, and organize training programs.
  • HR Operations & Technology: Manage HRIS (Zoho People) for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data. Generate reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership, collaborate with all functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including strong exposure to: Indian labor laws & compliance, policy drafting & implementation, employee engagement across regions, recruitment and onboarding, hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – approachable, empathetic, and a people person.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across departments.

Good-to-Have (Advantages):

  • Experience in L&D or training industry (helpful to understand business context).
  • Certification in labor law, HR analytics, or employee relations.
  • Exposure to culture-building initiatives in growing organizations.
  • Experience in HR digital transformation and automation projects.
