Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively utilize and request data strategically to identify trends in qualitative and quantitative insights, informing decisions on succession planning and career progression.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of talent and succession for critical roles through deep connections and a thorough understanding of people within the business.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, comfortable with constraints, and display expertise in problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, driving organizational change and improvement.
