About the Opportunity

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead organization change management efforts in large-scale transformation projects

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in change management
  • At least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post-MBA
  • Proven track record of leading organizational change initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
