We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in achieving premium growth and driving business success.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supervising sales representatives, setting clear objectives, conducting market research, and driving company success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve annualized new premium targets and case count
- Acquire new customers through various sales methods
- Participate in staff recruitment and disciplinary processes
- Set and communicate sales targets aligned with company goals
- Delegate tasks and supervise staff to maintain performance standards
- Monitor sales negotiations and provide feedback on techniques
- Maintain client relationships to understand their needs
- Utilize insights from performance reviews and market research to optimize strategies
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on product releases
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance companies or Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Optimistic, personable, and determined attitude
- Proficiency in various sales techniques and willingness to share knowledge
Compensation: The salary for this position is expected to be around ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
