Job Summary:

- Project development activities and project analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI / ML algorithms
• Understand business objectives and develop models that help achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
• Analyze ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem
• Train models and tune hyperparameters
• Analyze errors of the model and design strategies to overcome them
• Manage version control and code repository

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience of Python, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Keras, spaCy, NLTK
• Experience of Open Source OCR libraries Tesseract, OpenCV, PYTesseract
• Knowledge of pre-trained OCR models and optimization of pre-trained models
• Tools (e.g., Visual Studio Code or PyCharm or Jupiter or Anaconda)
• Basic knowledge of DB and SQL
• Basics of UI and Front End design
• Good knowledge in Deep Learning, Pattern Recognition, Text Analytics

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Good judgment, sense of urgency, and accountability; time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to execute in a high-pressure environment

Qualification:

• IT Graduates or Graduate in BE

Experience: 4-10 years of AI Python Developer experience including skills like OCR, Python, Machine Learning, Data Science.
