Job DescriptionThis role involves driving sales within an assigned territory, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in field sales, particularly in drip irrigation or agricultural inputs, and a strong background in agricultural marketing.
The successful candidate will plan and execute promotional activities such as farmer demonstrations, meetings, and exhibitions, implementing local marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and product awareness.
Additionally, the individual will lead, motivate, and manage a local sales team to achieve sales targets and operational goals, establishing and managing relationships with dealers to expand market reach and ensure effective distribution of products.
Key responsibilities include conducting market surveys to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
Qualifications and Experience- Education: Graduate in Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Science
- Experience: 2+ years
- Proven experience in field sales of drip irrigation or agricultural inputs
- A strong background in agricultural marketing is essential
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum
