Role Overview:We seek an experienced Renewable Energy Sales Director to join our team in India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and generate new leads while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored renewable energy solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Solar and O&M.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
