Senior Client Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead - Account Management to join our team at Hexaware Technologies.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale client engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile Project Deliveries, Client Management, and People Management.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Manage delivery for key client engagements with strong experience in Agile Project Deliveries, Client Management, P&L, and People Management.
- Project Management: Experience in end-to-end project management using Agile Methodology in an onsite-offshore model, including managing projects both in T&M and Fixed Price.
- P&L Management: Strong experience in managing P&L and 360-degree exposure in managing sizable accounts.
- Revenue Growth: Proven ability to manage revenue size over $20 million USD independently.
- Team Leadership: Lead the service delivery team, manage conflict, and ensure the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Financial Management: Manage finances and budgets, identifying ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Experience: At least 18 years of experience in delivery, with 5+ years in project and program management in application development, maintenance, and support projects.
- Skills: Very good experience in Agile Methodology, strong experience in managing P&L, and 360-degree exposure in managing sizable accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in Healthcare and Insurance industries.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
