Job Title: SAP EHS Consultant
Key Responsibilities:- To lead end-to-end software development and implementation projects as a subject matter expert.
- To translate business requirements into actionable user stories and functional requirement specifications.
- To provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- To collaborate with delivery managers and platform analysts in evaluating solution feasibility and high-level estimation.
- To develop and deliver required user training for implemented applications, driving adoption and proficiency.
- To validate that solutions meet business requirements prior to User Acceptance Testing.
- To sign off acceptance of products after validating test plans and functional test cases.
- 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS Functional.
- Participation in 3+ successful SAP EHS implementations.
- Responsibility for Risk Assessments, EHS Audit, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business-facing role experience with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.
- Clarity of thought and vision, with the ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table.
