Our organization seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Leader to spearhead our safety initiatives in the manufacturing sector.

About the Role:

  • This key position will oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, manage waste disposal systems, and conduct thorough risk assessments.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to standards
  • Manage and maintain Environmental Treatment Plants/Systems, fire and safety systems, and conduct regular audits
  • Drive sustainability and energy conservation programs to minimize environmental impact

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (pharmaceutical/manufacturing)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, waste management, and safety systems is essential
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
