Job Description:
EHS professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of employees and the environment. As an Assistant Manager – EHS, you will be responsible for leading safety initiatives, compliance programs, and sustainability efforts within our manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 12–15 years of experience in EHS (pharma/manufacturing). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, waste management, and safety systems. Additionally, they should demonstrate proven leadership and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead EHS systems & team operations
  • Liaise with statutory bodies (e.g., KSPCB, CPCB, MoFE, Factories & Boilers, Fire & Emergency)
  • Manage ETP/STP, fire & safety systems, risk assessments (HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, etc.)
  • Drive audits, CAPEX/CER budgets, sustainability & energy conservation programs
  • Conduct safety training, inductions, mock drills & ensure incident compliance

Requirements:
- 12–15 yrs in EHS (pharma/manufacturing)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, waste management & safety systems
- Proven leadership & cross-functional collaboration skills
