Job Title: EHS Specialist

As a specialist in environment, health and safety management, you will spearhead initiatives that drive sustainability and compliance in our manufacturing operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead EHS systems and team strategies to ensure operational excellence.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies (statutory) to maintain compliance standards.
  • Manage ETP/STP, fire, and safety systems, along with risk assessments (HAZOP, HIRA, JSA). Develop and implement audits, capital expenditure budgets, and sustainability programs for improved energy conservation.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions, inductions, mock drills, and incident response plans to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in environmental health and safety in the pharma/manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, waste management, and safety protocols.
  • Proven leadership skills, with expertise in cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
