We are seeking a skilled EH&S Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT, managing EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end, performing business analysis, and acting as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms.

The EH&S Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing EH&S-related IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Performing business analysis to translate EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions.
  • Acting as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms ensuring stability, compliance, and usability.
  • Overseeing incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications.
  • Collaborating with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards.
  • Coordinating enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.
  • Monitoring service performance and ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Providing governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle).
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.

Preferred Qualifications

A desirable candidate would have:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
  • Experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
