Senior Digital Strategist

This is a high-level role that requires someone who can work across teams, understand client objectives, and turn strategy into results.

We are building a lean strategy team to drive sharper thinking, clearer execution, and better business outcomes.

  • Create clear, actionable strategies for digital channels that align with client business goals
  • Translate strategy into execution plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and resourcing across teams
  • Monitor live campaigns and performance data to spot risks, surface wins, and trigger course corrections
  • Work closely with and across sales & delivery teams
  • Support business reviews, pitch decks, with strategic insights
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, integrating new tactics, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client success roles, with at least 2 in a similar role and least 2 years in an agency, managing multiple accounts. They should also have a strong understanding of SEO, digital performance metrics, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Leverage expertise in digital marketing to develop comprehensive strategies
  2. Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute plans and achieve desired outcomes
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions
  4. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client success
