Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search, Google Display Network, and YouTube Ads.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and automation tools to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS, and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-converting keywords and refine negative keyword lists.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and YouTube ads.
  • Current Google Ads certifications, including Search, Display, and Video.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, and related digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and trends, making actionable decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining precision in execution.
