
Functional Growth Strategist

The Functional Lead is a pivotal role in driving user growth and retention across our fintech products. This position oversees the development and optimization of growth funnels, identifying new opportunities and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio encompassing various acquisition and engagement channels including mobile app, website, and monetization use cases.
- Manage and coordinate with key platform partners such as Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches.
- Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior, consumer journey, and digital app interaction.
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong expertise with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
