Job Title: Territory Manager

Job Title Overview

As a Territory Manager at Wellness Forever, you will lead and manage retail operations within your assigned territory. This role is crucial to driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities

•Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets in both retail and e-commerce channels.

•Ensure Smooth Omnichannel Order Processing: Optimize customer experience through seamless order processing across all channels.

•Retail Operations: Partner with Area Managers to enhance store performance and customize operations to meet customer demands in a competitive market.

•Expense & Leakage Control: Optimize operational efficiencies by managing costs, reducing waste, and minimizing revenue leakage to enhance profitability.

•Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management, corporate headquarters, and local authorities to align on business objectives and operational priorities.

•Business Growth: Explore new business opportunities, identify market expansion areas, and lead transformational strategies to drive sustained growth.

•Customer Focus: Initiate programs and campaigns to improve customer satisfaction and increase store footfall.

•Team Empowerment: Mentor and develop Area Managers and store teams to exceed KPIs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

•Inventory & Financial Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage financial planning with a focus on achieving EBITDA targets and ensuring healthy stock turnover rates.

Key Qualifications

•Pharma Retail Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and industry best practices, preferably within the pharma retail sector.

•Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, drive collaboration, and deliver results.

•Analytical & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and develop creative solutions to operational challenges.

•Strategic Mindset: Capable of identifying growth opportunities, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative business strategies.
