Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Growth Engineer to join our team. This role combines sales outreach with content creation and online growth strategy.

  • Run cold outreach to clinics, partners, and sponsors through emails, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.
  • Support founders in closing partnerships and pilots.
  • Create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies that effectively communicate the value of our platform.

This includes producing daily social media content that is engaging, trend-aware, and resonates with our audience.

  • Manage our presence on community platforms.
  • Craft storytelling that blends AI, open-source, and veterinary medicine into accessible content.

You will be responsible for building and running our online marketing strategy, including organic and paid efforts. This includes launching newsletters, campaigns, and community updates that drive engagement and adoption.

  • A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize adoption and user experience.
  • Drive product launches and events that generate buzz and excitement around our platform.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community development.
  • Proven success with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content.
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions that resonate with our audience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Notion, Pipedrive, etc.
