Renewable Energy Operations Specialist

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our solar plants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Optimization & Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet established targets.
  • Cross-site Collaboration: Foster effective communication with site leaders to resolve issues, share best practices, and coordinate efforts across multiple sites.
  • Talent Development: Support recruitment, training, and retention initiatives to maintain high levels of productivity and engagement within the O&M team.
  • Project Transition: Ensure seamless handovers and takeovers, adhering to defined protocols and scopes.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Oversee the preparation of weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify and onboard reputable local vendors to optimize O&M expenses without compromising service quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Solar O&M at a middle management level. Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and troubleshooting is preferred.
