Solar Plant Maintenance Expert

The role of a Solar Operations Manager involves overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of solar plants. This includes monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring: Track performance of multiple solar plants and identify operational gaps.
- Multi-site Coordination: Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
- Team Development: Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams.
- Project Handover/Takeover: Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.
- MIS & Documentation: Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (E&TC).
- Experience: 7–10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Solar O&M as middle-level management.
