Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Operations Specialist to join our customer support team.

This position is perfect for a solar photovoltaic enthusiast who wants to demonstrate their technical understanding of challenges in solar PV plant O&M and asset management. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical customer support and managing relationships, working hands-on with our patented performance intelligence and health analytics solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant Onboarding & Configuration:
  • Configure new plants onto our platform.
  • Check all engineering files received from the customer.
  • Set up plant topology and configuration in our solution.
  • Establish data pipeline connections between our platform and the customer site.
  • Feature Activation & Validation:
  • Activate all product features in our solution related to central monitoring, analytics, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Validate plant onboarding checks and prepare handover files for the customer.
  • Create a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) report for all handed-over plants.
  • CUSTOMER & TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including potential field service support.
  • Work closely with the customer support manager and operations head.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong customer support and technical support skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and field service abilities.
  • Knowledge of data integration protocols.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or related industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of solar and wind power plant operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a renewable energy-related field.
  • A Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering is a plus.
