Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Solar Park Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational costs, improve plant performance, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor SCADA systems, analyze data, and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in solar O&M.
  • Proven track record of reducing operational costs, improving plant efficiency, and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
