About the Role

Are you a seasoned project manager with expertise in solar PV design and engineering? Do you have what it takes to lead a team of engineers in creating innovative and efficient solar projects?

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join our organization as a Solar Project Manager and Lead Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire design process for solar PV power plants, from conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire design process for solar PV power plants, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications and are cost-effective.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and review design plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to define project requirements and present design solutions and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest innovations and technology trends in solar PV design and implement best practices and industry advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management of single plants of 100 MWp and higher.
  • Design expertise to conceptualize and design HT Evacuation infrastructure for utility-scale solar projects.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
