Solar Power Expert

A skilled solar power expert is required to lead the operation and maintenance of a large-scale solar park. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to meet business objectives
- Ensure timely completion of safety audits and address any findings or recommendations
- Conduct root cause analysis, corrective actions, and implementation
- Investigate and report on incidents according to established procedures
- Monitor SCADA systems in real-time and perform fault analysis
- Support team collaboration and troubleshooting
- Document daily activities, logbooks, and provide regular reports
- Optimize O&M costs by identifying high-quality local vendors
- Restore equipment quickly and accurately with minimal downtime
- Manage lists of plant-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams
- Analyze various plant performance parameters relative to design specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; additional preference given to holders of electrical supervisory licenses
- Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in solar O&M
- Experience working on 33kV systems and transmission lines, including trouble shooting, preferred
