Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with customers proactively, provide excellent service and support, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, or in-person) to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently, focusing on retention and growth.
- Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Education & Skills:
- Graduate in any field with a strong emphasis on communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
- Familiarity with insurance products and customer-facing sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
