**Job Title:** Transition and Deployment Manager

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced transition and deployment manager to oversee the performance management and coordination of our day-to-day operations.
  • This role involves driving performance management, overseeing scope expansion, and ensuring value assurance across all processes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating scope expansion, managing transitions, and launching optimization and automation processes.
  • In addition, they will develop and implement SLAs, document processes, and create Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Other key responsibilities include knowledge transfer and change management, ensuring comprehensive documentation of existing processes, and conducting training sessions for offshoring/outourcing partners.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in systems like SAP, tools such as Tableau, and methodologies including Lean Six Sigma.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant business experience or Master's Degree in Business, Total Quality Management or similar.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, process automation, and optimization.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
