Responsibilities: ➔ Manage submission delivery expectations and timely response in all transition engagements ➔ Manage and contribute to the delivery of small to large bids independently with new ideas on the table to improve transition offerings ➔ Understand the presales work culture and experience in managing transition solutions for various bids across geographies ➔ Collaborate with stakeholdersin the bid, understand the requirements and solution of each service tower and progress towards Transition Plan, addressing any issues in a timely manner ➔ Recognizing and resolving customer pain areas in any past transitions/delivery– implement them in your solutions where necessary ➔ Build and develop the transition methodology and toolkit, based on TCS methods ➔ Actively participate in the bids as a transition specialist, highlight any project risks and issues and recommend solutions to effectively overcome these ➔ Promote skills and knowledge share, investing new ideas and skills into the core technology team
