As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end transitions to the GCC from various regions and businesses. Additionally, you will handle projects for implementing new processes or technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans, ensuring thorough documentation and delivery of process performance and success criteria.
  • Provide transparent and timely updates to senior leadership on transition progress, highlighting potential risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive transitions, projects, and change across the organization.
  • Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for GCC, focusing on innovation and best practices.

You will also be responsible for managing transition opportunities to create new roles and service offerings for GCC, taking ownership of transitions and projects from start to finish. Your strong project and process management skills will enable you to drive results and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Graduation or Post-Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP or PRINCE2.
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations, program management, and change management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • MBA from a premier business school.
  • End-to-end experience leading transitions and transformational initiatives.
  • Domain knowledge in the insurance space.
  • Latest project management practices and industry trends.
