Job Opportunity

A senior transition specialist is required to handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within the Property & Casualty domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex transition projects using strong project management principles.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.
  • Establish governance frameworks, track deliverables, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and report project risks, develop mitigation plans, and capture learning and best practices.

Requirements: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 16+ years of experience in IT project management. Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Knowledge of data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation is essential.

Desirable Skills: The ideal candidate should have expertise in project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello, and PMP certification. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities are must-haves. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, are necessary.
