Job Title: Senior Transition Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned transition professional to join our team as a Senior Transition Executive. As a key member of our transition leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple transitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage active transitions as assigned, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, answers, and support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progression
  • Develop and maintain effective governance structures, including regular calls and meetings with internal and customer teams
  • Identify and define business cases, develop project plans, and manage resource allocation
  • Optimize transition methodologies to reduce time, costs, and risks while improving quality
  • Lead risk management efforts, understanding business and operational risks, and developing mitigation plans
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in transition management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transition projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience in process migration activities and IT implementation
